Miracle Method Surface Refinishing

In 2021 Miracle Method resurfaced my bathroom with bathtub and shower. They did a phenomenal job in 2021. Recently, I needed some repairs to my shower floor, and I want to publicly say that Marteen showed up on time and he did an amazing job to my shower floor. Marteen was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I am so very happy with the work that was performed. Thank you, Miracle Method, for the beautiful work you perform.

I had an issue with my countertops, Miracle Method reached out to me. Set up a time to come look at the issue. Martin, said he was going to refinished all my countertops, the same day. He did such an awesome job. We’re so blown away. I never expected that. I plan on having them come back to refinish my shower, and bathtub next. Thank you so much for caring, and fixing the problem in such a timely fashion.

Miracle Method has great service! They stand behind their work. We decided to have our master bath sinks refinished instead of replacing them. Miracle Method did a nice job. We found it to be a good value. Unfortunately, after time, one sink developed a bubble. Without hesitation or question, they scheduled a return visit and refinished the sink. It looks great again. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Miracle Method for anyone considering refinishing their sinks or other services Miracle does.

Dan quoted us for several tile projects in our home. He was very upfront and honest and we felt the prices were very fair. Leo was The Man though!! We scheduled our first project- kitchen counters resurfacing and our guest bathroom counter resurfacing. Leo showed up on time ready to work. Even our dogs loved him. He ended up having to finish our project by himself and we were just so impressed with the work he completed in one day!! We will definitely be using Miracle Method and asking that Leo complete the final jobs.

No one should ever hire this franchise. We hired them to complete a job in March 2023 and eight plus months later, it is still not complete. They have wasted so much time and energy and refuse to compensate for all of their mistakes. Mistakes that have resulted in lost time and money for us. The owner refuses to contact me directly to discuss the whole ordeal. The main manager is disrespectful when speaking with her and will only ever offer to provide a discount towards another job. She has admitted to me that the offer for a discount in the future is useless since we do not trust them to do more work. Now two different managers will not even reply to an email about a job they started and have not finished. This job should have been two visits, one for an estimate and one to complete the work. They have been to our house nine or ten times now, which results in us taking time off from work.
